DescriptionExperienced HR Manager needed for small/mid-size manufacturing organization! Ideal candidate will have experience in privately owned organizations, preferably manufacturing with employees over 100-200. Duties will include: Policy & procedure development, streamlining processes, and big picture HR initiatives Hands on HR Manager with day to day operations support of the HR function in the facilityincluding: recruiting, payroll, time and attendance, and employee relations. Use data driven business insights to provide HR solutions and recommendations tomanagement Provide site training for all employees in the required HR training areas, as well as leadershiptraining for all levels of supervision and management. Partner-with and coach managers on effectively engaging employees and addressing employeerelations issues. Evaluate and recommend changes to policies, procedures and services based on trends andbusiness need Supervise and HR team including payroll, recruiting, and admin supportClient seeks the following requirements: Degree in Business or HR required 7+ years HR related experience; including in a senior HR capability Experience with and examples of streamlining processes, improvement initiatives, and makingHR decisions in business Proven experience and knowledge of HR and plant operations Excellent communicator, critical thinking ability, and problem solverClient offers:-Above market compensation and benefits-10% bonus opportunity for performance-Work/life balance and family oriented culture-Stability and long term opportunityThis is a direct hire/permanent opportunity.
