Energy Supply Administrator

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.
We are hiring for the position of Energy Supply Administrator located in our El Dorado, AR refinery.
This person must be a talented and driven individual to facilitate its rapid growth of business in the lease crude purchasing department.

Job Description :
Evaluate and verify information on truck / pipeline tickets - daily.
Reconcile variances between accounting system and trucking invoice (excel) daily.
Correspond with Customers and Internal Departments on daily and monthly reports must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
General office responsibilities such as : data entry, filing paperwork, faxing, emailing, shredding, copying, answering phones

Education & Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Associate Degree in a business related field preferred
Financial / Bookkeeping experience
Work Environment :
7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
Overtime possible during close-outs
Potential overnight travel to corporate office
