Location: Cave Springs, AR Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager-Fraud and Compliance This job will have the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities :
- Lead various cross-functional teams by using effective communication and quantitative metrics or examples. Work with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate project scope, create project plan, and execute to high expectation. Identify, communicate and unblock dependencies and risks proactively. Identity and evaluate tradeoff options, and drive decision making with stakeholders. Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to discuss new ideas/solutions with stakeholders. Generate insights and provide adequate reporting for internal stakeholders including leadership.
- The ideal candidate is expected to be a self-starter, and highly customer focused. The position requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial style, to become personally involved to whatever degree necessary to manage functional responsibility and key relationships. Good understanding of end to end product development cycle. Experience in working with cross-functional teams (Business, Payment, Legal, Product, InfoSec, Analytics and Engineering). In-depth understanding of Marketplace seller life cycle (from onboarding to payment disbursement) and its corresponding risk scenarios. Track record of driving and delivering complex projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 1 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
