Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Network Planning team within the Last Mile Delivery organization designs the outbound eCommerce transportation network, leveraging analytics to optimize network speed, cost, and service.As a fast-growing network, you will have the opportunity to build initiatives and frameworks on which to grow the business and influence the future state of the network. To do this, you will manage complex data, analyze existing and future opportunities to optimize the network, and work with operations and cross-functional partners to drive network improvements.If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, this role, with the world's largest retailer, could be the fit you have been looking for.You'll make an impact by:
Network Design: Design and influence the outbound transportation network through lane planning, carrier capacity management, and network optimization. Drive speed and cost improvements for the customers by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities to get packages to customers faster and cheaper. Lead implementation of pilots to demonstrate business impact.
Analytics: Leverage SQL and Tableau to deep dive network opportunities. Develop data visualizations to monitor and quantify the business impact of various decisions and key metrics, translating complex data into tangible visualizations.
Strategic thinking: Make data-driven business decisions based strategic and operational priorities. Demonstrate a high degree of originality and creativity when developing solutions to improve existing business processes within supply chain. Bridge analytics and operations by engaging in both spaces to create solutions that fit the business.
Partnership and Collaboration: Identify areas of opportunity and influence execution of results via cross-functional participation to enable quick wins and continuous improvement. Engage with cross-functional teams such as Inventory Planning, Operations, and Data Science to drive customer-focused solutions to network opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.Option 3: 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.Preferred Qualifications:
