Supports and ensures accuracy of Sam's Club item level data by playing a pivotal role in the implementation of Sam's Club's new Item Data Management (IDM) application.
Completes work assignments and priorities in Sam's Item File Support area by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with merchants (buyers), managers, co-workers, suppliers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Provide guidance and escalation support on Item Data Management processes, tools, and systems (for example, provide assistance to merchants and/or suppliers on how to navigate and use the new Item Data Management (IDM) application as well as how to conduct data enrichment related procedures); responding to formal and informal support requests; communicating with internal and external customers to understand needs; researching issues and identifying solutions; communicating solutions to affected customers; and escalating situations as needed.

Ability to effectively manage priorities
Sense of urgency accurately communicating issues to leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools - especially MS Excel
Prior experience in a customer service, customer support role
Sharp attention to small details
Ability to function as part of a cohesive team
