The ideal candidate must provide strong leadership, manage change effectively, and align the platform with our organizational culture. Their responsibilities will include ensuring clear communication, maintaining team morale, and addressing stakeholder concerns.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Productivity and Collaboration Platforms to lead our global initiatives in enhancing digital collaboration and productivity tools. This key leadership position involves managing the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint. as well as overseeing other collaboration platforms, software and system engineering efforts, including the management of an on-prem Exchange environment. The candidate will support a globally distributed workforce of 2.1 million associates, requiring significant experience with international markets and diverse user needs.Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Provide strategic leadership for the Microsoft 365 suite, focusing on Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Zoom. Oversee the software and system engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Global Operations: Manage an on-prem Exchange environment and support productivity and collaboration needs across various international markets, adapting solutions to meet local requirements and regulations.

Strategic Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership to present and align strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels to support and advocate for the platform's vision.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer, product, and associate data to inform strategy and product decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Change Management: Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern collaboration tools, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Implement change management strategies that facilitate a smooth transition and high engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Director of Associate Productivity & Collaboration and other major product lines, including Enterprise Content Solutions and Digital Media Solutions, to deliver integrated services to our associates globally.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in leadership roles focused on productivity and collaboration platforms, with specific expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Zoom. Experience managing complex systems, including on-prem Exchange environments, is essential.

Global Expertise: Proven experience supporting global operations, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in international markets.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams and projects. Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives. Experience in Fortune 100 companies or similar large-scale organizations is highly preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced technical knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, coupled with strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decisions.

Change Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organizational changes, particularly in digital transformation and technology adoption.
