- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years experience working as a BA on small to medium sized projects
- Experience mapping business process flows using MS Powerpoint
- Experience creating Test Plans and Test Scripts
- Experience creating Training Plans and Training Collateral
- High level of proficiency using MS Word, Powerpoint and Visio
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and to be able to identify, document and then analyze business processes and systems functions
- Be able to engage and work with project stakeholders, to schedule and run effective meetings and to document the results
- Proven business analysis skills based on 3 to 5 years work on small to medium sized projects
- Good presentation skills, able to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders
- This Business Analyst will need to be determined and driven to get the required deliverables completed, be able to overcome obstacles and be able to navigate difficult situations and complex problems.
