Title: Help Desk Analyst # of openings: 5 (3 General Technicians & 2 Microsoft Suite/Exchange Techs) Location: Remote Start Date: 11/30 Contract length: 8 weeks with potential to convert Job Description: We are looking for 5 individuals to help the Walmart support staff during the holiday season. These individuals will be doing level1 and level 2 support for Walmart's users and clients. We will need 2 or 3 of these resources to be experience in the Microsoft Exchange suite as well as certain other communication tools. This include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Slack, One Point, and other tools.
