Position Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator is involved in key aspects of the recruiting process, including employment branding, selection, interviewing, hiring, processing, and candidate relationships. This position collaborates with the People Business Partner and candidates to execute an efficient high-volume recruiting process, while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruitment Coordinator will be the primary liaison between People Business Partner and interested candidates and will use various traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques and administration of creative and strategic processes to be successful. The ideal candidate will aggressively work to meet goals; will be service oriented, highly engaged, driven by metrics, and approachable. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter driven by the desire to work within a meritocratic team and organization.

Essential Duties:

 Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling, phone screening, and candidate selection

 Coordinate and manage the offer letter process and pre-employment activities, including conducting background

checks

 Coordinate and participate in networking and recruiting events

 Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics as defined by the People Business Partner, to include time-to-fill, applicant

conversion rate, turnover, among others, as applicable

 Tackle talent attraction & assessment problems, translate metrics into useable insights & drive process efficiencies

 Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni

organizations, industry organizations, employees, and colleagues to help identify and source qualified talent

 Assist with ensures that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal

employment laws.

 Evaluate competencies, background, technical skills, leadership style and culture fit of each individual.

 Travel to surounding areas from Yuma, AZ to Calexico, CA once per week.

 Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

 Reliable transportation & ability to travel to surrounding areas.

 Ability to handle customer relationship and provide strong administrative support

 Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment

 Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency a must

 Proficient verbal and written communication skills

 Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel

 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
