Immediate need for Human Resources Coordinator seeking full time, permanent position with a well- known, nonprofit organization which is continually growing. This position requires a minimum of 5 – years’ experience working in a Human Resources capacity, fully bilingual in Spanish and English, strong attention to detail, and impeccable organizational skills. Key responsibilities:
Actively seek and participate in job fairs, recruitment events in and around Yuma
Draft and post job ads
Extensive knowledge of Arizona labor laws and ensuring we are compliant
Verify references for potential employees
I9 & e-verify processing
HR processing – interviewing, on boarding, preparing new hire documents
Responsible for maintaining sensitive employee information and providing high level of administrative support to the Regional Executive Director.
Maintain personnel filing for all Direct Care Workers pursuant to contractual requirements and governmental regulations
Investigate and process worker’s compensation claims
Process FMLA and ADA requests
Organize and assist with employee appreciation and/or fundraising events
Benefits administration
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Intermediate excel experience required
Verifiable HR experience required
Compensation: $40,000 annually
