We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator for RV Parts and Service. Responsibilities:
Warranty Processing: Manage and process warranty claims for RV parts and service in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized warranty records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Customer Communication: Interact with customers to gather information required for warranty claims and provide updates on the status of their claims.
Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to streamline warranty processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on warranty claims, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties related to RV parts and service as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warranty administration, preferably in the RV industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $16 per hour
Commission: Eligible after 90 days of employment
