Review, investigate, and report process infractions for exempt and nonexempt employees with operations management.Crucial in resolving process quality incidents that affect customer orders and satisfaction.Manage incident data collection with the goal of improving process quality trends.Collaborate with operations management and industrial engineer on process quality standard refinement.OPERATIONS and ENGINEERING SUPPORTSupport industrial engineer in building improvements and initiatives.Support and implement process improvement and automation projects across the warehouse.Collaborate with operations team, safety, and industrial engineer on process changes.Audit and support industrial engineering department to collect time studies of operations processes.Own maintenance and review operational metrics and quality incidents with key stakeholders to influence strategy and action plans.Work hours outside of normal business hours as required to support operational projects as necessary.
