Job Summary:
Our Automotive Mechanics will complete mechanical repairs on both company-owned and public vehicles for use in Grand Canyon National Park.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $18.65 per hour
Housing: Eligible for a private room in a shared apartment for $267 per month
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Qualifications:
One-year garage mechanical experience compatible with job description or full UTI (Universal Technology Institute) mechanic certification or equivalency.
Possess own hand and air style tools of sufficient quality to complete tasks.
Must possess valid Arizona Driver’s License, if in Bus Garage, must possess valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger (air brake) endorsement, and comply with the Xanterra South Rim Company Vehicle Policy.
Possess physical ability to perform the job, including bending, crawling under vehicles, long periods of standing, and lifting, day and night time driving of company tow trucks and service vehicles.
Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona D.O.T. medical card within 30 days of hire.
