Planet Bingo, a Software Gaming Company has an opening for an IT Regional Technician to service our clients in Tucson and surrounding area. Our technician installs troubleshoots computer work stations and local area networks and our hand-held bingo devices at our client's facilities (casinos).The technician will provide technical support and demonstrate excellent customer service. The regional tech will travel to different locations to service our clients. The company will reimburse for a monthly car rental/lease .
Duties:
Installs, confitures and modifies computer work station
Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, hand-held gaming devices, etc.
Uploads software packages, operating systems, network components and other applications.
Trains clients, staff and team members on a wide range of Planet Bingo products.
Performs other duties and required.
Requirements:
AA Degree OR certificate in Information Technology (or similar)
3+ years experience in application support and/or infrastructure planning and development.
Proficiency in Microsoft operation systems, PC Hardware and working with printers, internet routers, etc.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of telecommunications, network and PC operating systems
