We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our users through various communication channels. Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, VPN, and Windows operating systems.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to provide effective technical support.
