Hello. My name is Megan from Solution Finders. We buy and sell land. I am looking for 2-3 acquisitionists to call and make offers on my land leads. These are warm leads who said they would like to receive on offer on their land. Sales experience is preferred. We will train you about the particulars in buying land. This is commission only. The payment is $500 for each signed contract. If you’ve ever called on houses in real estate, you will be AMAZED at how much easier this is. It’s land, people just don’t care as much and don’t get super pissed off with your offer.
We need people who can call at least 4 hours a day. You will need a decent computer and fast Wi-Fi. The properties will already be comped, but you will have to go look at the links to both familiarize yourself with the property and to double check the comps are accurate (we will train you on this). You will be making the calls from directly inside the CRM (which is why you need good Wi-Fi). You can work from home as long as you have a place that is quiet with no background noises or distractions. We primarily invest in the Central and Eastern time zones, so the calling window will be 9 AM - 8 PM depending on where you are calling.
