An active and highly ranked small team of Realtors is seeking an experienced and AZ LICENSED Transaction Coordinator.
We provide a clean, attractive and safe work environment with all needed supplies and equipment. We are somewhat flexible in work hours and can adjust to meet your needs in most circumstances. We need someone who is familiar with the Arizona and Tucson MLS document systems and can work with these documents quickly, accurately and efficiently You will be tasked with following up with lenders, appraisers, inspectors and repair services and whatever else is needed to take a home to timely closing, and whatever follow-up is needed after closing. The job also involves driving to clients’ homes for lockbox and sign removal, occasional showings and turning on/off lights for showings in Luxury homes that are unoccupied. For unoccupied listings you will do a weekly inspection for leaks, A/C and heating issues, weeds and other items requiring attention on behalf of absent homeowners. This job also entails occasionally showing properties to Buyers, and there may be times that this occurs on weekends.
