Commercial Property Maintenance Company is expanding. We have been in business for over 30 years in Southern AZ. We now have over 50 employees and are looking for an individual for hiring and onboarding.
The right person will place ads on multiple platforms, manage prior applicants list, vetting - (work history, background, etc.), initial phone interviews and scheduling interviews, new hire orientation. The right individual will be responsible for employee newsletter and signage, training recommendations, employee appreciation and organizing company events.
Requirements:
Bilingual, High School Diploma, computer skills (word, excel, email, social media), outgoing personality, must be able to talk to people and reliable transportation.
Shift is Monday thru Friday.
