Monsoon Irrigation LLC is looking for an experienced office person who loves helping people. We are looking for someone with previous experience working with an HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, or a Plumbing company but we would be willing to train the right person. This position is responsible for but not limited to receiving incoming calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, returning calls, scheduling service appointments, collecting payments, sending invoices, ordering supplies online and interacting with fellow employees. The perfect candidate will have a warm but professional demeanor with the ability to multitask.
Other than organization and timeliness, one of the most important aspects of the job is being able to schedule jobs with customers over the phone and through email and communicate to the field staff, so we really need someone with an elevated level of customer interaction skills.
Additional Qualifications: Must be familiar with Microsoft office- Punctual- Has great attendance- Proficient- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Bilingual (preferred but not mandatory)-takes pride in what they do!
Great location, warm friendly environment with awesome staff. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only. 7:30am-4:00pm
