Position requires scheduling and dispatching; answering phones, building and maintaining customer service satisfaction; preparing work orders; filing septic inspections with Pima County; communicating and corresponding with real estate agents, government agencies, etc.; writing bid proposals; other administrative general office duties as needed.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
