This position requires a minimum of five (5) years work experience as a litigation and transactional paralegal. You must have experience doing Westlaw legal research and drafting motions. Pay will depend upon your experience and skill level. We prefer that you have experience in Arizona.
Your daily tasks will include working with attorneys, researching case law, drafting motions, assembling client documents, communicating with potential Clients and existing Clients, drafting disclosure statements, drafting and responding to discovery. To a lesser extent, you will calendar dates, transcribe letters, update files and answer phones. You will also track your time and generate Client invoices using the Amicus program.
