Maintenance Tech

Trial West, a 55+ Community, is hiring a fulltime position for a Maintenance Tech. Duties to include, but not limited to, maintaining the common areas of the Community, miscellaneous landscape trimming/weeds, learning minor pool/spa maintenance, minor plumbing, and electrical issues. Follows directions and willing to learn, works well with others as well as independently. Above all, a positive attitude.
