Busy medical clinic seeing many patients with diabetes and other endocrine diseases. The population we serve is partly spanish speaking, so a bilingual MA is a plus but not necessary. Patients with diabetes bring their meter or insulin pump, which you would need to download and get the report to the provider. Some medication will need prior authorization, which is partly automated but also at times requires a phone call to the insurance. You will room the patient and verify the medications. Because we are a small clinic we do help each other out with other typical medical office tasks like phone calls, faxes etc. Don't forget to send in a resume and contact info!
