Job Description
Research, plan and implement lessons for IOP groups. Responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery based environment. Work collectively with the clinicians to execute the patients treatment plan. Performs direct service with individuals, group, assist with life skills training, and behavior management. Enter notes on a daily basis. Minimum requirements: Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age A High School Diploma/GED and one year of relevant experience; OR A related Associate’s degree and six weeks of relevant experience; OR A related bachelor’s degree in the related field. Required to maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license and pass motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes in order to transport clients, based upon need/requirements of the clinic and/or program.If no driver license ,candidate will be given a non-driving position. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. RITE PATH is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required. EOE

COVID-19 considerations: All staff and patients are asked to wear a mask if not feeling well. Surfaces are wiped down daily. Cleaning supplies are available if individuals desire to clean more often.
