Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct routine dental cleanings and oral exams
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants
Take dental x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a sterile work environment
Requirements
Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in AZ
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to patient care
Current with Anesthesia, X-ray, and CPR certifications
Dentrix & Dexis knowledgeable a plus
