Job Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and build trusting relationships
Specimen Collection: Perform blood draws and collect urine, hair, and saliva specimens then coordinate to send them off for medical testing
Patient Test Results: Deliver test results to patients
Sales and Payments: Educate patients on our testing packages and assist in up selling higher value packages
Administrative Duties: Handle sales transactions, manage payment processing, and maintain accurate records
Facility Maintenance: Keep the lab clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Certification: Must be a certified phlebotomist (or qualified medical assistant)
Experience: Preferably with experience in larger settings such as Sonoran Quest, Labcorp, or a busy doctor’s office
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a compassionate, patient-focused service
Sales Aptitude: Comfortable with explaining and promoting our testing packages to patients
Work Ethic: Integrity, strong work ethic, and a desire for a balanced work-life environment
Team Player: Ready to contribute to a supportive, close-knit team environment
