Full Time Innkeeper with Hospitality Skills – Old Bisbee:
The Letson Loft Hotel, a premiere lodging property in the best
location in Old Bisbee is seeking a full-time Innkeeper.
● Operating as a boutique inn since 2005, the Letson has
been beautifully restored and completely updated following
the Bisbee Fire in February of 2024. We are set to reopen
March 1, 2025.
● Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an
exceptional guest experience. Along with new guests each
month, the Letson hosts a loyal clientele of repeat visitors
from around the world who appreciate the high touch
hospitality that our Letson Loft Hotel team provides.
● Our new innkeeper will have a positive, friendly, can-do
attitude along with exceptional communication skills. He or
she will be a self-starter, able to work independently,
manage time well and be attentive to the needs of guests.
● We have an expectation that our new Innkeeper will
maintain high standards of quality service and cleanliness
along with managing a small housekeeping staff
We currently have an opening for one Full-Time Innkeeper
working 5 days a week and ready to start on a part-time basis
February 1, 2025.
