We are looking for candidates who:
- Have prior coffee and/or customer service experience.
- Are enthusiastic and outgoing with a passion for customer service.
- Adhere to Ren's policies and brand values and are eager to master recipes and procedures.
- Have flexible availability throughout the week and on weekends to work mornings, mid-day, and/or closing shifts.
- Have prior cash-handling and customer service experience.
- Have a willingness for a long-term commitment and are reliable.
- Have strong multi-tasking skill and the ability to keep up in a fun, fast-paced environment.
-This position is for a FOH Barista/Cashier duties that will include following drink recipes, cleaning tasks, and serving our guests with a fun positive attitude!
-Daily duties will also include keeping your work space clean, pitching in on dishes and keeping the overall café neat and clean.
At Ren we work as a team and depend on each other. Reliability and dependability is an absolute must as well as working weekends!
