Rollies Mexican Patio is a local, award winning restaurant in Tucson, AZ! We are looking for an experienced front of the house team member to join us. We are located on 4573 S. 12 Th Ave. Our ideal candidate has experience in a restaurant serving, cashiering and bar-tending, great communication, perfect attendance, shows up ready to work.Average pay is $18-20 per hour ($14.35 base pay to start paid bi-weekly) and $200-$250 tips paid out 3 times per week cash)New hire will be subject to 90 day probationary period followed by ability to accrue time off hours (40 per year) + benefits.Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service Greet & assist customers entering and leaving the business Answer telephones Take food orders correctly yet quickly Accurately process all payments General housekeeping to dining area, work area, kitchen & bathroom Help cooks with small prep (rolling tacos, cutting produce, dish washing, etc.) Expo food Processing To-Go Orders and transporting food to cars Dish-washing Other related duties Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Proven experience as a server, cashier or in customer service Ability to listen and communicate effectively Positive attitude Excellent attendance Basic mathematical skills Flexible Dependable This position is an afternoon/evening shift and averages 25-30 hours per week and hours determined on location worked.Starts immediatelyWe are looking forward to receiving your application.
