This position functions like the conductor in an orchestra by bringing together system teams, machine components, and machine software to continue the legacy of designing and building marketing leading mining trucks. Works across a global, matrixed team to provide best in class quality, durability, performance, and lowest total cost of ownership.What you will do: Develop product technical strategies to satisfy market and business needs. Coordinating and influencing resources across global product development teams. Overseeing project progress, expenses and product cost; communicating status with stakeholders and development teams; proactively addressing and resolving problems. Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.
