Physical Therapist Assistant Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PT or PTA with direct student interaction to join us as our Clinical Coordinator.  In this role, you will oversee the clinical education component of our Physical Therapist Assistant program, ensuring students receive high-quality, hands-on training in real-world healthcare settings.Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites and preceptors to secure student placementsCoordinate and schedule clinical rotations for Physical Therapist Assistant studentsEvaluate and assess student performance during clinical placementsProvide guidance and support to students throughout their clinical education experienceCollaborate with faculty to align clinical experiences with curriculum objectivesEnsure compliance with accreditation standards and healthcare regulationsConduct site visits to assess the quality of clinical education experiencesOrganize and facilitate clinical instructor training and development programsMaintain accurate records of student placements, evaluations, and clinical site informationParticipate in program assessment and continuous improvement initiatives
