Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to promote and sell our products
Provide outstanding service to new and existing clients, including high-profile accounts
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
Some face-to-face sales experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to quickly learn and speak knowledgeably about our products
