JR PM (PMIT)/Program Estimator
The Jr PM (PMIT)/Program Estimator will have at least 2 years in a college setting or University OR at least 4 years industry experience in construction, project management, mitigation, or reconstruction.
A Leader in mitigation and reconstruction industries seeks a focused, goal oriented, high energy, preferably experience in the field of mitigation or construction, and highly-trainable individual to enter the PMIT (Project Manager in Training) program. This individual will exude leadership, compassion for our clients, professional integrity, immediacy with time-centered tasks/goals, and a willingness to learn ‘OUR WAY’. PMIT program starts with mitigation training and progresses to completion as a project manager. The PMIT program takes several months (up to 18 months) to complete and not all trainees complete the program. All phases of training within the core knowledge modules and practical application must be mastered to progress to the next level of training. Compensation is commensurate with achievement level and performance and the trainee will receive compensation increases as they progress.
REQUIREMENTS:

Position minimum requirements
Customer interaction and communication
Project Management of reconstruction projects from a ‘start to finish’ standpoint
Assist with Accounts Receivables
Recruit and Develop Field and Reconstruction Teams
Manage subcontractors and ‘on-staff’ reconstruction team members to fulfill ALL reconstruction efforts
Maintain a net margin (average) on ALL reconstruction projects of a minimum of 50%
Full and complete estimates and communication documentation utilizing proprietary software
Assist in performance reviews
Program Correspondence/Posting for job requirements
Vocal leader, enforcing ethical work habits supporting business interests with honesty and integrity
Attend work and business functions outside of normal work hours
Learn mitigation techniques, processes, and certifications necessary to provide assistance in Mitigation Management and Response
Provide rotational coverage for other PM’s during excused absences and or vacation.
Impart leadership and training for future junior PM or mitigation crew chiefs, mitigation managers, etc
Provide assistance in coverage, including but not limited to any after-hours support on a rotational and/or as needed basis
Help facilitate Company meetings and agendas
Participate in On-Call duties on a rotational basis
Provide a compassionate and supportive demeanor regarding employees ‘well-being’
‘START-to-FINISH’ Project Management is integral to company goals and success. As such, a ‘Start-to-Finish’ adherence in a timely manner is a fundamental performance metric.
