Experience in accounts payables, accounts receivables, financial reporting, and multiple account reconciliations with responsibility for all data entry.
Manage and record multiple incoming payment formats (EFT, ACH, credit cards).
Manage payroll and the associated deductions and expense reimbursements, and IRA contribution reporting
Assist with HR related tasks such as onboarding / offboarding team members (benefits setup/communication, Federal forms, etc)
Experience in tax reporting – sales and employment.
Knowledge of accounting regulations, policies, procedures, and ethics
Experience in managing payroll, deductions and expense reimbursements, IRA contribution reporting.
Strong aptitude for technology with the ability to thoroughly analyze and research information across different software platforms (online banking accounts, online vendor portals, online payroll services, in-house time management software, etc.) Please also be a power user of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams with a familiarity of scheduling and attending virtual meetings.
3 to 5 years minimum experience with the latest QuickBooks Desktop editions with a focus on custom reporting and organizing cost centers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure with pro time management and organizational skills. Detail and deadline oriented with a strong work ethic.
Exemplary phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients. Comfortable with issuing statements and working collections with clients.
