It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to support the annual enterprise-wide and Targeted Financial Crimes Risk Assessment team. The Wells Fargo Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Risk Assessment Team executes the annual enterprise-wide Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), Global Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Risk Assessment. FCRM's Risk Assessment process enables Wells Fargo to identify its exposure to illicit finance risks and accomplishes the objectives set out in relevant guidance documents, such as the FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual and the OFAC Framework.In this role, you will:

Conduct mathematical analysis utilizing various statistical methods to support tuning and optimization of thresholds and weights assigned to quantitative and qualitative financial crimes risk factors. Communicate approach to aggregation, scoring, and findings from statistical analyses to internal and external stakeholders.

Support the enterprise-wide Financial Crimes Risk Assessment and Targeted Risk Assessments by assessing data coverage, assumptions related to inputs/outputs, and solution gaps and limitations as necessary to help produce a complete and accurate risk assessment.

Maintain an understanding of banking products/services and transactions and organizational structures across Wells Fargo and its legal entities to ensure the respective Risk Assessment Methodologies capture critical business elements and risks.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

4+ year(s) of experience tracking data, compiling/mining data from multiple cross business sources, or a combination of both.

4+ year(s) of experience designing and deploying reports, dashboards, or visualizations in PowerBI, SSRS, Tableau or a combination.

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working within the Financial Services industry, specifically working with customer facing lines of businesses.

2+ years of data validation & accuracy experience.

5+ years building SSIS packages integrating data from multiple source systems.

3+ years of experience leading solution architecture and design projects.

5+ years participating in UAT, resolving issues, deploying to production.

5+ years of experience advanced Microsoft Excel experience.

5+ years SQL development experience, including query optimization, triggers, stored procedures, partitioning, indexes.

7+ years of combined hands-on experience in SSIS, MS SQL, Oracle, or Teradata.

3+ years agile scrum and/or Kanban experience.

Ability to engage with various stakeholders to source and populate data.

Risk and regulatory compliance experience.

Hands on experience with power platforms including, PowerBi, PowerApp, and PowerAutomate.

Hands on experience developing integration services with Kafka, API Marketplace.
