You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.Position will be RemoteTo be successful in this role, you should have the ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest standards of quality, guarantee customer satisfaction on every call, have natural empathy, determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution, and perform other duties as assigned.Conduent has an exciting opportunity waiting for you if you:

Have previous customer service and/or call center experience.

Are a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues.

Have strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer

Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease

Have experience working with healthcare and employee benefits.

Have extensive experience with typing and keyboarding.

Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers

Have the ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program (6-8 weeks)

To meet our requirements, you should:

Be at least 18 years or older

Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent

Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Have at least six months of customer service and/or call center experience

Have strong typing and keyboarding experience

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
