We are seeking experienced HVAC installers for many residential apartment projects now underway. We perform new construction work and our scope is generally apartments, assisted living and other multifamily projects.
Immediate employment opportunities available, as well as advancement opportunity openings
Bilingual/Spanish speaking a big plus
Please have at least 6 months to a year of experience installing in some of the following areas:
-Running HVAC line sets
-Dryer Venting and exhaust fan venting
-Installing flexible ductwork and sheet metal ductwork
-Running condensate drain lines
-Installing registers, grilles and other trims
Please also have access to the following items that are required on all construction sites:
-Transportation to and from the job site
-Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, gloves, boots and safety glasses to start)
-Basic hand tools (snips, crimpers, flex knife, panduit gun, flat head screwdriver and pliers)

Almenos 6 meses o un ano de experiencia en las areas sig:
-Lineas de cobre hacerlas e instalarlas, instalación de pipa para secadoras y fines, flex y duetos de metal.
-PVC para el drenaje de las unidades, trim y muchas cosas mas.
Necesita tener transportacion y el P.P.E. (casco, guantes, botas y lentes y sobre). Todo la herramienta necesaria para el trabajo arriba mencionadas como, tijeras para metal derechas y también izquierdas, taladro, desarmadores tijeras de PVC y mas.
Se ofrece trabajo de tiempo completo con beneficios de seguro medico y mas.
Se ofrece un pago por hora de $22 por hora o hasta $25 por hora según experiencia.
