5 MONTH PROJECT
Duties:
Replace desktops in vehicles and offices
Use of SCCM/MECM to deploy software packages and run software reports to verify 1:1 migration of software from old to new workstations.
Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting
Imaging
Create/document work order tickets and update Excel spreadsheets to keep track of deployment counts and show daily totals.
Qualifications:
Prior desktop support/field tech experience
Familiar with an Active Directory enterprise environment
Experience backing up and migrating user profiles, shortcuts, favorites.
Experience following support documentation to accomplish tasks on Windows 10 workstations.
Ability to load & unload heavy workstations, monitors, delivery carts, etc. to/from vans and swap computers performing under-desk cable management.
Familiarity with ManageEngine ServiceDesk ticketing platform.
Familiarity with software licensing management.
Must be able to pass an extensive background check
Must have valid driver's license
