Night Manager for 100 unit apartment complex

Elderly only (over 62) 100 unit apartment complex in Sierra Vista seeks a night manager. Compensation limited to free one bedroom apartment and utilities. Requires walking the property at least twice each night between sunset and 11:00 pm and handling emergency calls during the hours that the office staff is not on site. In addition the night manager is responsible for answering the phone on Sundays. Night manager's unit is adjacent to office where the call center equipment is located. The night manager is allowed to sleep after 11:00 pm but is required to answer phone calls and pull cord requests from tenants at all times.
