Mountain Vista Communities, the Fort Huachuca Housing/Maintenance Company, is looking for a dependable Quality Assurance Inspector. This person is also required to perform move-in and move-out inspections with residents. Maintenance experience required. Property management experience preferred. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4pm, on Fort Huachuca.
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing household inspections upon move-in or move-out. Candidate must be able to enforce policies, including assessing household damages and charges. He/She performs compliance walks with Army Partners, assures safety, makes various repairs to homes as needed. He/she should have excellent time management skills as well as strong communication and customer service skills. Maintenance experience required. Property management experience preferred. This position requires a considerable degree of initiative and independent judgement within procedural boundaries when responding to a variety of residents and situations.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1-year maintenance experience
Property management experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with computer systems, including typing, email, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn web-based platforms
Capacity to operate independently and resourcefully, taking initiative and exercising own judgment for majority of work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and prioritizing duties
Ability to present a professional appearance
Ability to read, write and speak English
Must have valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass drug and background check
