IMI Design is looking for a full-time Operations + Accounting Manager to work at our Old Town Scottsdale luxury-based interior design firm! This is a fast paced creative environment offering a diverse and exciting opportunity in the field of Interior Design. We are looking for a fun, passionate and dynamic person to join our team!
Experience within the construction and design industry is highly desired! This position requires the knowledge and discipline to navigate between the roles of Accounting, Production, Human Resources and Office Operations.
Accounting Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
WIP
Sales Tax Reporting
Purchase Orders/ Order Tracking
1099 Reporting
Office Operations + Human Resource Responsibilities:
Annual Insurance Audit
Develop + Implement + Evolve Office Processes and Procedures
New Hire Orientation
Client Contracts
Knowledge of:
Interior design and/or construction industry
Studio Designer
Microsoft Office 365; Excel, Word, Outlook
Windows + Mac systems
