Weber Signature Home Builds is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to help us keep things moving—and keep things from falling apart. This role is for someone who doesn’t mind juggling logistics, timelines, permits, and the occasional curveball from city inspectors or vendors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ordering materials and making sure they show up when (and where) they’re supposed to
Chasing down permits and keeping the red tape in check
Scheduling inspections and making sure they don’t derail progress
Managing our calendar like a seasoned air traffic controller
Spotting risks before they turn into problems
Helping us plan and execute residential projects smoothly
Handling invoices and payment schedules with vendors and clients
Keeping homeowners informed (and calm) as their builds progress
Reporting project status, budgets, and bottlenecks clearly to ownership
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone organized, proactive, and level-headed
Strong communicator (especially when things go sideways)
Comfortable with construction timelines, permitting processes, and vendors
Not afraid to speak up when something doesn’t look right
Preferably experienced in residential construction or project coordination
