We are looking for a Property Manager and Office Manager with an active AZ Real Estate License who knows the ins and outs of the industry. As both a Property Manager and Office Manager, you will be responsible for all property management, marketing, administrative tasks, and most importantly keeping things Hassle Free! If you have a passion for the industry, are a great multi-tasker and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks well.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Property Management

Handle all tenant and buyer/borrower communications, including payment collection

Manage property maintenance and tenant work order requests

Manage property turns and ensures smooth move-in process for approved applicants

Enforces terms of rental agreements, oversees eviction proceedings when necessary.

Marketing

Keeps properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, and property showings.

Manage property marketing by posting ads, listing properties, creating marketing materials, and keeping up with digital communications, etc.

Manage marketing at properties, including posting signs, flyers, lockboxes, etc.

Transactions

Handle all paperwork and transactions for buying, selling, and renting properties

Manage transaction interactions with agents, lenders, title companies, etc.

Process rental and loan applications

Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients

Administrative tasks

Provide full administrative support for new and current customers

Comfortable taking phone calls throughout the day in order to generate leads, help with customer support, and provide service to tenants

Keep financial records from property operations

Manage bookkeeping, filing, invoicing, POS, etc.

Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients at all times

Qualifications

Active Arizona Real Estate license with a basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and application, Fair Housing/ADA regulations and application.

Fluent in Spanish (preferred) and have excellent customer service skills

Tech savvy, with computer software experience, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Quickbooks experience a plus

2+ years of experience in property management preferred.

Understanding of basic financial and accounting principals

Working knowledge of marketing and sales activities including social media

Tech savvy, with computer software experience - Quickbooks experience a plus

Our original focus was on selling homes with seller financing, which allows people a “hassle free” option for buying a home, without having to qualify for a bank loan. In today’s market we continue to offer seller financing, but we also own and manage rental properties, we “fix and flip” properties, and we provide private loans to real estate investors.
