We are looking for an On-site Property Manager for a small extended stay/vacation rental in Pinetop, Az.
Ideally, we are looking for a couple who can bring great customer service, problem solving and basic handyman skills. We are open to single individuals too if they feel they can handle the workload. We want someone who is sociable and can work with all types of guest personalities.
The candidate must have no criminal record, must be able to go up and down stairs daily, lift a minimum of 50 lbs., have good communication skills, basic computer skills and be a self-starter. Previous property management skills a plus but, not necessary.
Compensation includes furnished apartment, utilities and internet. A base pay plus additional compensation dependent on experience, skills and how much the candidates want to take on.
The Role includes:
Basic office duties including returning guest calls, ensuring the calendar is up to date and accurate, maintaining communication between guest, staff and property owner.
Showing empty units.
Keeping property clean and orderly.
Assisting getting rooms ready in case we are short staffed.
Helping guest/tenants as needed.
