We are looking for someone with either current experience as an apartment broker, or with the knowledge and skill set from a related or similar business who can be mentored and trained. Working knowledge of social media, a fearless cold/warm caller, attention to detail and follow-up, and proficient with regular CRM use would be ideal starting points.
If new to the business ("NTB"), then most likely we would start you off on the 10-50 unit side of the business, which is roughly 1,200 properties in Maricopa County alone. If more experienced, we can talk about 50+ units in both Maricopa and Pima Counties - also a significant number of properties and owners.
Please reply in the strictest confidence; regardless of whether you are already in the business elsewhere, your information will never be shared outside our office. While we prefer someone capable of working on a straight commission basis, we are also open to a short-term salary or draw situation.
