Established service company hiring Project Coordinator for operations department to handle scheduling services with customers, coordination of company assets, ie: equipment, personnel, supplies, etc., produce work orders, job file, project field support documentation and perform other administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

Strong oral communication skills.

Proficient writing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ie: Outlook, Excel and Word.

Positive attitude.

Strong organization skills.

Answer incoming calls from customers related to service

Experience Desired:

Experience supervising personnel in a construction, janitorial, manufacturing, or similar environment.

Three years of Management duties for similar organizations;

Ability to interact and produce results with employees, supervisors, and customers

Honesty and integrity

Excellent customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Critical Thinking and Problem solving

Detail oriented

Able to multitask

Bilingual English/Spanish a preferred!

The position is a full time permanent position. Hours are Monday through Friday.

Overtime may be required, dependent on work load.
