Exciting full time (32 Hours) job opportunity for an Office Assistant with a fast-growing underground utility construction company.

This position will require a positive, energetic go-getter to perform the following:

Ability to use and create forms in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Creating and handing out new job files to field personnel

Send daily paperwork to Project Coordinator

Create daily labor schedule

Order PPE (personal protective equipment) for new employees and monitor inventory levels

Maintain enthusiastic, helpful and respectful relationships with all personnel

Experience in a construction environment helpful, but not required.
