Looking for a seasonal scheduler for an HVAC company.

Duties will include:
Answering phones professionally
Scheduling regular and new clients for service
Arranging routes to make sense for technicians
Maintaining professional composure under pressure
Checking messages and responding appropriately
Professional email correspondence
Data entry and verification
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and coworkers
Keeping busy during any downtime
Requirements/Qualifications:
Prospective employee must:
Be a self-starter
Have an eye for detail
Enjoy staying busy
Be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Have a good work ethic
Be able to work well unsupervised and as a team
Be reliable and consistent in attendance as the team depends on each other
Be stable and desire stability
Be extremely fluent in navigating through computer programs, windows, and tabs
We are located near the I17 and 101
