We are looking for the following:
3+ years’ experience in a dental front office setting REQUIRED
2+ years in account management (A/R) preferred
Dentrix knowledge highly preferred! (we use Dentrix G7)
Expert knowledge of PPO Insurance
Multiple phone line experience/main phone operator
High ability to multitask
Punctuality and Accountability
Outgoing, friendly, positive PERSONALITY and demeanor towards staff/patients (we are looking for star attitudes only, no negative Nancy’s!)
Willing to adapt, learn and adhere to an ever-changing work atmosphere. (Our team is constantly thinking of and carrying out new ideas to grow our practice, so we are definitely looking for a team player who wants to grow long term with us)
Full time employee office hours vary (No weekends)
