Primary Responsibilities:
Answering phones & following up with customers
Knowledgeable about job inquiries
Relay verbal messages
Record and deliver messages
File messages
Perform other clerical duties as necessary
Requirements:
Great communication and customer service skills are a must
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Experience:
Customer service: 2 years
Education:
High school or equivalent
